Three men took gold medals in the Putting Competition and the Chipping
Competition MOnday at Highland Fairways. Douglas Arney, age group 50-54,
Vernon Howell, age group 90-94, and Leo Hembry, age group 95-99, took home
all the gold in their age groups. Eight competitors made holes in one -
Barbara Gilliland, Putt 65-69; Geraldine Wolfe, Putt 65-69; Eva Ruckle,
Putt age 75-79; Juanita Coady, Putt age 80-84; Larry Powell, Putt age 55-59;
William Spurrier, Putt age 75-79, 2 holes in one; Gerald Hopkins, Putt age 80-84.
